Also, Psychology Lead/Principal Clinical Psychologist for Long COVID/Bradford District Care COVID Rehabilitation course. Previously, Senior Clinical Psychologist working in Multi-specialty and Neuropsychology services in a Clinical Health Psychology in Leeds. Currently, developing clinical skills and interests in Long COVID, other acute and long-term health conditions, complex trauma, “third-wave” approaches, and other transferable clinical skills that spread across mental health and clinical health settings. An established track record of publishing academic research during PhD and post-doctoral positions, including developing a treatment for pain in people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and two large systematic reviews examining the effectiveness of exercise and behavioural interventions for MS fatigue. Specific interests in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-focused therapy (CFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Cognitive-Analytic Therapy (CAT) approaches, and also treatment non-adherence, web-based interventions, and co-production and service-user preferences.
